service policy


We know your time is precious and to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to receive timely services, Salon D & C Suites Spa requires:


  • A credit card in order to reserve an appointment.

  • 24 hours notice is needed for the cancellation of all services.  

  • If 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, a cost of $30 for the services scheduled will be charged.

  • A deposit is required for specialty services.


In Addition:


  • To prevent the inconveniencing of other clients, please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may be unable to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a *cancellation fee will apply. This again is to ensure delays are not imposed on other clients  who arrived on time. 


  • *( Fees may be waived based on special situations which will be considered on a one-on one basis )


  • We love kids. However, children are only allowed if they are being serviced and must be in the company of an adult.


  • Please notify your beauty servicer of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities that may affect your professional services at Salon D & C Suites / Spa.


  • Although, the salon is closed on Sundays , it may be reserved for private parties and events. For more contact:
